We stayed in a great hotel in the old town. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main square and the beautiful Ellinger gate. the breakfast selection was good and beautifully displayed, with yummy meats and cheeses. Our room was clean and included all the amenities that we required, and the bathroom was spotless.
Sadly, while the location and room were great, the hotel's reception desk wasn't always staffed during the day. We had some trouble when we wanted to retrieve our bags, and the facility was locked.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We were visiting Nuremberg, but since it was peak season during the Christmas markets, we found it easier to stay outside Nuremberg. This hotel was a 40 minute train ride from the city, and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and the town itself is very cute.

We loved our stay at this hotel in the historical center, close to the Ellinger gate and just 5 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel facilities were great, and our room was basic but clean. We were impressed with the breakfast buffet that offered a good selection of meats, cheeses, and other items that were nicely presented. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff who made our break most enjoyable. Excellent reasonably priced restaurant. Good position for touring the area located within the walls of the old town. Parking could be a problem but many free places nearby

The hotel is in an excellent location in the town but it was not noisey. It is a quiet town, but very interesting and charming. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We also had a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening.
Whilst the room was nicely furnished, it was quite small with little room to move about. Very limited parking at the hotel but we managed to rent the garage for 8€.

Located in the heart of the beautiful old town, this hotel is only a short walk from the main square and the Ellinger gate. the breakfast was lovely - with a good selection of meats and cheeses presented nicely. the rooms were basic but clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The only minor issue we had was the reception desk not being staffed throughout the day. This caused us a bit of panic when we needed to retrieve our bags and the hotel was locked.

It is terrible hotel. Reception's personal does not speak English. The room was cold. No smoking. Trains stop is very far from the hotel. I ordered one of their dishes but they brought another dish. I wanted to rest but I had problems only. Do not come there.

The breakfast options were decent, with a good selection of cold meats and cheeses. I also appreciated the hotel's prime location, situated close to a charming gate and within a short walk to the main square. The room had all the necessary amenities provided, making it an adequate choice for a short stay, especially during the Easter break.
There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience at the hotel. there was no reception staff available throughout the day, which caused us some alarm when trying to retrieve our bags during a time when the hotel was unexpectedly locked.
